1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
The following Terms of Service apply to your use of the Copic Marker Tutorials site and services. Please read these terms carefully. You are solely responsible for your conduct and your content on the site and compliance with these terms. By registering with us or using or browsing this site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and by our Privacy Policy.

If you have authorized a minor to use the Site, you are responsible for the online conduct of such minor, and the consequences of any misuse of the Site by the minor. Parents and legal guardians are warned that the Site does display photographs and images that may be offensive to some.

2. RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS
2.1 Physical Returns & Shipping
We have a 30-day 100% satisfaction guarantee on the products we sell, so if you are unsatisfied with the quality of our products, send an email to [email protected] and ask for a refund.
100% money back guarantee covers the price of the product only, and it does not cover the shipping fee.
All refunds will be returned to the original credit card, and PayPal orders will be credited back to the PayPal account.
You have THIRTY (30) Days from the date of the original purchase to return the product to receive your refund. Any return received after the THIRTY (30) DAY time limit will not be processed.
Shipping of the product from Copic Marker Tutorials to your door will not be refunded. Shipping of the product to Copic Marker Tutorials will not be compensated.
To ensure that your product is not lost or damaged, we strongly recommend sending the product certified mail with a tracking number. If we do not receive the product back and the customer does not have proof that the product was returned we cannot issue a refund.
Valid proof of returning a product includes: delivery confirmation or signature required via USPS. If the customer has delivery confirmation or signature required, then a full refund will be issued.
At our discretion, a refund may be issued without requiring a return.
2.2 Subscriptions, Trials and Digital Products
Monthly Copic Marker Tutorials Subscriptions automatically renew each month at the stated price until the subscription buyer cancels the subscription.
All Copic Marker Tutorials memberships, which may start with a free trial, will continue month-to-month unless and until you cancel your membership or we terminate it.
You must have Internet access and provide us with a current, valid, accepted method of payment to use the Copic Marker Tutorials service. We will bill the monthly membership fee to the payment method used when signing up unless updated or changed by subscriber. You must cancel your membership before it renews each month in order to avoid billing of the next month’s membership fees to your Payment Method.
Trial Subscriptions: Your Copic Marker Tutorials membership may start with a trial. The trial period of your membership lasts for 30 days, or as otherwise specified during sign-up. Trials are for new members only. Copic Marker Tutorials reserves the right, in its absolute discretion, to determine your trial eligibility.
Monthly Subscriptions: You have THIRTY (30) Days from the date of the original purchase to request a refund for your Copic Marker Tutorials monthly subscription. Any refund request after the THIRTY (30) DAY time limit will not be processed. You may cancel at any time after the initial THIRTY (30) Days has passed.
All refunds will be returned to the original credit card, and PayPal orders will be credited back to the PayPal account.
3. YOUR ACCOUNT
You agree to provide accurate and complete information when you register with, and as you use, the Copic Marker Tutorials Services, and you agree to update your account information to keep it accurate and complete. You agree that Copic Marker Tutorials may store and use the information you provide for use in maintaining and billing fees to your Account.
3.1 Access to Digital Purchases
Subsequent to acquiring digital products from Copic Marker Tutorials, you may download the acquired digital products (when available) onto any Associated Device. If your membership is canceled or terminated, you may not be able to subsequently access or download certain previously-acquired digital products. Once you download an item, it is your responsibility not to lose, destroy, or damage it, and you may want to back it up.
Copic Marker Tutorials reserves the right to change content options or remove access without notice to any previously purchased classes or content that is no longer valid or deemed out of date.
4. EARNINGS AND INCOME DISCLAIMER:
Copic Marker Tutorials can not and does not make any promises or guarantees about your ability to get results or earn any money with our ideas, information, tools, or strategies. All content provided on the Site is for educational and informational purposes only.
5. FACEBOOK GROUPS
The Copic Marker Tutorials Facebook group is for members of Color Academy Ink, and artists of all skill and experience levels that are members of Color Academy Ink are welcome here.
We want people to feel comfortable and safe when using our group. For that reason, we’ve developed a set of policies, outlined below. These policies will help you understand what type of sharing is allowed in our Facebook groups, and what type of content may be removed. Please keep in mind that something that may be disagreeable or disturbing to you may not violate our policies.
Be Respectful –
Everyone is here to learn and grow. Comments that are inappropriately negative, rude, or attacking will be deleted or removed.
Respect Confidentiality –
Content gathered in our Facebook group cannot be collected or shared outside the group. Every member of our group has a right to privacy and the right to feel safe that their questions, answers, and experiences remain privy to group members only.
Stay On Topic –
We reserve the right to remove posts based on off-topic content or offensive content.
Breaking The Rules –
Three warnings for rule-breaking behavior will result in a 7-day removal from the group. After the 7 day period, you are welcome to rejoin the group on a 30-day probation. If you break the rules again during your probation, you will be permanently banned from the group.

You agree that Copic Marker Tutorials, including but not limited to Copic Marker Tutorials Products and services, graphics, audio clips, video clips, editorial content, and templates, contains proprietary information and material that is owned by Copic Marker Tutorials, and is protected by applicable intellectual property and other laws, including but not limited to copyright. You are granted no right or license with respect to any of the aforesaid trademarks and any use of such trademarks.
